A Bit of Wisdom with some Oldies but Goodies

The following was brought to my attention by way of my Franklin Planner:

“A person doesn’t become old until his regrets take the place of his dreams.”
- John R. Noe

Now that’s a quote that made me stop, take notice and contemplate for a while. It’s amazing how one, simple sentence can say so much.

The images posted below were captured at different moments and in different places, but all have something in common - the photographer who’s still striving to keep his dreams ahead of his regrets. Sometimes it feels like a losing battle. But then I head out on the trail with my camera, and the dreams pull ahead like the underdog coming from behind, again and again.
